Refund policy

JOARLA CARIDAD does accept returns and refunds, after 15 days upon receiving your order with visual signs that our product has not been used, upon this period the return and refunds process won't be available. For the return process, the client must pay for the delivery fee, we will give the client an address for them to ship and return the product. We don't accept returns and refunds for customized orders.

Canceling your Order

JOARLA CARIDAD allows the possibility of canceling your order the following next 4 hours, by then your order cannot be cancelled. If you have a particular request, within a 24 hours period after receiving our confirmation email, you can get in touch with us info@joarlacaridad.com
